RC Mills Construction is a family owned business who specializes in home renovation and specialization projects. The Mills family has been in the construction business since the 1970's. Since the 1970's the Mills family has completed many projects within various areas of construction. This included concrete works, subdivisions, roofs and now house renovation projects
